Carl Finnell is a HETAS-registered stove and fireplace installer working across North Yorkshire. It is a two-hander, and that is the point: you get the time and advice of someone who knows fires, and a clean, certified fit from someone who fits them for a living.
How we work
Two people, one job done well
Chris is who you speak to first. He visits your home, looks at the room and the chimney, brings samples and talks through the options without rushing you towards a sale. He is the one who works out what will actually suit the space.
Carl does the fitting. Stove, fireplace, flue or liner, it is carried out cleanly, tested and signed off as a HETAS-registered installation, with the certificate handed to you for your records. No call centres and no being passed around.
